Becoming Benno is a one-person comedy that tugs at the heartstrings while sneaking in the laughs. Ben rocks up expecting his first official hour as an Aussie, but immigration pulls him aside over a glitch with his Permanent Residency Visa, turning triumph into a sweaty hour of what-ifs. He bounces between cocky certainty hell get through and proper panic about rejection, musing on the chaos of uprooting your life with just 7kg of hand luggage and a dog-eared Qantas Spirit of Australia magazine. One bloke brings a script full of feeling and a swarm of characters to life, unpacking identity, family, and that tricky sense of belonging with wry humour on his bumpy road Down Under.

The venue has a bar, carpark, and public toilets on hand. It actively welcomes people with access needs.
