If you've coughed up any tax in the last ten years, chances are you've forked out more than all the big gas corporations exporting eastern Australia's gas combined. That's right, while these gas giants are busy raking in tens of billions by exporting two-thirds of our locally produced gas, they're playing a game of hide-and-seek with their tax obligations. Meanwhile, they burn through more gas powering their export terminals than we consume in electricity. And yet, here we are, being told that NSW needs to import gas. It's like finding out the fridge is empty while the party's happening next door.

Join us for a chat where we won't just shake our heads and sigh over how ridiculous this all is.
