On 21 November 2025 De Iuliis Wines near Newcastle will host the final Chef's Table of 2025. The night will consist of a series of small plates, each matched with a wine from the De Iuliis range. Expect enough food to keep you busy, plenty of Australian wine to keep the conversation flowing, and the occasional anecdote from the kitchen crew – you might even hear why the grapes decided to become wine.

The site offers a bar for extra sipping, a carpark for those who bring a car, and a restaurant area where the dinner is served. Wine will be available throughout the evening. Disabled access is noted, but it's wise to confirm the specifics with the organisers ahead of time.
